Ordering and Cancellations

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will return the item to stock and issue you a credit, minus any processing fees. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, it will have to be treated as a Return. Please see "Returns and Credits" below.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively due to transaction processing fees.

Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock.

Our products are handmade and freshly prepared. Because we do not use harmful preservatives, fillers, or synthetics, our products are made in small batches fresh to order and should be protected from excess heat and used within 6-12 months. All containers are opaque to protect the ingredients from oxidative damage.

Our products are enclosed in glass vessels and are quite heavy. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to your doorstep to ensure safe arrival.

Returns, Credits and Refunds.

Our goal is for you to be 100% in love with our products! Our handcrafted bath and body products come straight from our place to yours. So to ensure safety, we do not accept returns on well-being items including bath bombs, room sprays, bath salts, salves and roll-ons. We will accept candle items that are unused, unopened and purchased directly from coastalgrownapothecary.com within 15 days of purchase. Once item(s) are received, refunds are typically processed within 10 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping or return costs. Please contact us to receive a return authorization and instructions.
