Shipping Information

Products purchased through our online store are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx throughout the contiguous United States within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Flat Fee Local Delivery on Orders Over $59

Coastal Grown Apothecary offers a flat fee local delivery to qualifying zip codes (30 miles radius from Los Olivos, CA) within Santa Barbara County two days a week. If you are in our delivery area, you will see the "Local Delivery" option under shipping at checkout. Please select "Local Delivery" at checkout, give us any comments on your delivery and we will contact you with our delivery schedule. Local deliveries MUST meet the following restrictions:

  1. Packages can ONLY be delivered to an actual residence or business address.
  2. Address is NOT a post office box (PO BOX).
  3. No signature is required.

If your order needs to get there faster, please use the regular shipping options. All sales are final on "Flat Fee Local Delivery" items.

Promotional Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

From time to time, Coastal Grown Apothecary offers special free shipping promotions:

  • Order must be over $59 to qualify for free ground shipping.
  • Does not include gift card purchases.
  • Shipping amount will be automatically deducted at checkout.
  • Only includes Ground Shipping. All expedited shipping services will be available at their normal cost.
  • Excludes military addresses as well as Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel a promotion at any time without notice.

US Military & Diplomatic Addresses

We are able ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via USPS but arrival may be delayed based on location. Note that no tracking number will be provided.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will be in touch to discuss a solution. If you are not in a rush, we are typically able to back order items that are out of stock and ship to you soon. 

Order Cancellation and Adjustments

We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

We ship our packages via UPS, USPS, and sometimes Fedex.

Can I enter special delivery instructions?
